equipment store?

since im using a point system i want to create a store to buy equipment. but i will need people to monitor these things also in doing so i will have a seperate profile added to the character sheet there will be equiped items, nonequiped items. destroyed items are destroyed and you must but more later. for example if you had a death star and some idiot blew it up you would no longer have a death star also if you buy a death star it takes time to build it. say 5 days or so. these will be monitored by our moderators. also if you see some one "cheat" with these rules then report them to a mod and if they are a mod report them to an admin. false reports will be dealt with severly

sounds complicated but if you can get it all set up and show me what to do then i will be the man to take charge of the store
